Usually when we learn about the law of attraction, sometime we think it will take months or years to manifest what you want. However we can make it more quickly, if we carefully work our way through five distinct steps. It's really possible to manifest our desire more quickly. In fact, if you are wondering how to manifest what you want in simply one week, you may only need 5 steps.

How to Manifest Anything in 5 Steps
How to manifest what you want Step 1: Choose and feel what you really want to manifest
When we want to choose on something specific to manifest, it's very important that we know exactly WHY we want this specific thing in our life. We need something with good reason. And when we are trying to manifest what we want in just one week, we also have to pick goals we believe we can manifest in a week. Don't worry about small goal we can't scale it up any time after we achieve it.
So, for example, there is little point in saying you want start a new website in 7 days or you want to lose two pounds in one week, I believe you can attain this goal in one week. If you already well believe that you can successfully manifest, the next step in your journey to lose two pound in a week, in which case you might set that as you goal (e.g. to choose diet plan, choose what exercise you need, or find trainer to help you)
When choosing a thing to manifest, you can ask yourself these questions:
- Do I really want this, in my deep heart?
- What advantage will I get from having this?
- Ask yourself: Does it feel right?
- Will it be good only for me or for other too? And How?
Whatever you want should be fall into your criteria and for the greater good, and something you really want; this most likely something that’s a significant step on the journey towards a greater manifestation goal.
So, in summary: choose what you really want, really connect with the destiny to have it, and have faith that you will manifest what you ask for.
How To Manifest Step 2: Clear your path and Your Way
Unfortunately, there always will be something standing in our way to success. But this shouldn't scare us; all roadblocks are just part of the whole manifestation process.
Watch out for these three most common blocks:
Negative beliefs or mindset
Many beliefs and mindset were built when we still child, from now we must watch carefully what we think. If you are in a bad place emotionally, first we need to get our self into the right mindset before we can successfully manifest what we want. We must focusing on positivity and expect to attract good things into our life. So we need make some time to practice self-care. Meditation and mindfulness practices are good stress-relief techniques and this technique also can change our mindset.
Remove our self from Toxic people
When we are working on manifesting our goal we need to make sure that no one is holding us back. There is many people who don't believe in us, always criticize everything we do and/or complain about everything. These kinds of people are blocks that will keep us from doing our best.
Timing is Everything
Sometimes we just need to be more patient. We must have faith that everything we want will happen, and it will happen at the perfect right time and for the right reasons. So if something isn't happening for us right now, its okay it will happen just be patient. We must keep believing and keep working on our goal.

How To Manifest Step 3: Do Visualization to Manifest what You Want
Many of us probably already know the basics of visualization and tried to practice those techniques a couple of times, right? On your current manifestation quest please remember that imagination is the key, go to somewhere that’s quiet & private, and then spend 5-10 minute on visualizing the thing you want.
Pour all your creative power and focus into seeing it with your mind’s eye, and let all the good feelings about the object you want or the result well up inside you
Do a multi-sensory visualization to have the best result; so you can see, hear, smell, touch also if relevant you can taste the dream you’re looking to manifest and attract. Make the image or movie in your mind as real as you possibly can, feel it’s like it’s already yours.
You can add as many details as you can, and you don’t need to imagine HOW (all steps you need to take) the thing or outcome becomes yours; instead, focus solely on the end result and feel gratitude that you already receiving what you desire.
Our focus should be on the end result of receiving the thing of our desire.
How to Manifest Step 4: You Need Take Action to Manifest What You Want
Once you’ve finished steps 1-2 as described above, you can't just waiting for what you want to manifest. We need put some action, I’m sure we will start knowing what we must do, step by step. If we don't know what step we must take, just use your feeling and instinct. Everything will come in the right time and place. Or
However, you can spend the rest of your day pretty much living as you normally would, and if you feel the urge to do something specific, just take action and do it! It's not necessarily immediately makes sense sometimes it’s more of an intuition-based yearning. You need consider following your gut and taking that action. Don't thinking about it too much.
If you find that you don’t get the goal you want within 7 days or less, look back at the first and two steps and go back through them. Now you need to writing down what you want (you can write what you want every day and read it with intention) this can give the universe the extra nudge it needs to fuel your manifestation.
There are some common reasons why you might not be manifesting quickly. You need to check your feeling, do you doubt yourself? Do you think you don't deserve get what you ask? Or perhaps doubt whether it’s possible to manifest using the Law of Attraction?
Any kind of negative feelings (e.g. anxiety, worry, anger, and doubt) or negative beliefs can inhibit your results. One simple tip you can do is: make your goal smaller and believable, that's it. Remember it's only one week, you can make bigger goal next week.
How to Manifest Step 5: Appreciate and Gratitude
At first glance this step might not look significant, but actually it can make your manifestation skill to the next step. Take proactive steps to fully appreciate what you have once you achieve your goal, no matter how small what you manifest. This step will make your faith grow stronger, you can make small celebration like eat at your favorite restaurant or else.
Remember what you first thought and felt when you were visualizing your desired goal, and connect those experiences with the new experience after you having what you want. Now you can see tangible proof that thinking in a certain way can create concrete changes in the real world around you. You can shape your reality.
Think about this connection and emphasize it, make it bigger and stronger. You will be better at manifesting in the future (as you’ll replace negative and limiting beliefs. Remove all doubts with confident. Also have more positive thoughts and feelings).
