How to manifest what you want Step 1: Choose and feel what you really want to manifest

When we want to choose on something specific to manifest, it's very important that we know exactly WHY we want this specific thing in our life. We need something with good reason. And when we are trying to manifest what we want in just one week, we also have to pick goals we believe we can manifest in a week. Don't worry about small goal we can't scale it up any time after we achieve it.

So, for example, there is little point in saying you want start a new website in 7 days or you want to lose two pounds in one week, I believe you can attain this goal in one week. If you already well believe that you can successfully manifest, the next step in your journey to lose two pound in a week, in which case you might set that as you goal (e.g. to choose diet plan, choose what exercise you need, or find trainer to help you)

When choosing a thing to manifest, you can ask yourself these questions:
- Do I really want this, in my deep heart?
- What advantage will I get from having this?
- Ask yourself: Does it feel right?
- Will it be good only for me or for other too? And How?

Whatever you want should be fall into your criteria and for the greater good, and something you really want; this most likely something that’s a significant step on the journey towards a greater manifestation goal.

Unfortunately, there always will be something standing in our way to success. But this shouldn't scare us; all roadblocks are just part of the whole manifestation process.

Negative beliefs or mindset
Many beliefs and mindset were built when we still child, from now we must watch carefully what we think. If you are in a bad place emotionally, first we need to get our self into the right mindset before we can successfully manifest what we want. We must focusing on positivity and expect to attract good things into our life. So we need make some time to practice self-care. Meditation and mindfulness practices are good stress-relief techniques and this technique also can change our mindset.

Remove our self from Toxic people
When we are working on manifesting our goal we need to make sure that no one is holding us back. There is many people who don't believe in us, always criticize everything we do and/or complain about everything. These kinds of people are blocks that will keep us from doing our best.

Timing is Everything
Sometimes we just need to be more patient. We must have faith that everything we want will happen, and it will happen at the perfect right time and for the right reasons. So if something isn't happening for us right now, its okay it will happen just be patient. We must keep believing and keep working on our goal.

How To Manifest Step 3: Do Visualization to Manifest what You Want

Many of us probably already know the basics of visualization and tried to practice those techniques a couple of times, right? On your current manifestation quest please remember that imagination is the key, go to somewhere that’s quiet & private, and then spend 5-10 minute on visualizing the thing you want.

Pour all your creative power and focus into seeing it with your mind’s eye, and let all the good feelings about the object you want or the result well up inside you

Do a multi-sensory visualization to have the best result; so you can see, hear, smell, touch also if relevant you can taste the dream you’re looking to manifest and attract. Make the image or movie in your mind as real as you possibly can, feel it’s like it’s already yours.

You can add as many details as you can, and you don’t need to imagine HOW (all steps you need to take) the thing or outcome becomes yours; instead, focus solely on the end result and feel gratitude that you already receiving what you desire.

Our focus should be on the end result of receiving the thing of our desire.

How to Manifest Step 4: You Need Take Action to Manifest What You Want

Once you’ve finished steps 1-2 as described above, you can't just waiting for what you want to manifest. We need put some action, I’m sure we will start knowing what we must do, step by step. If we don't know what step we must take, just use your feeling and instinct. Everything will come in the right time and place. Or

However, you can spend the rest of your day pretty much living as you normally would, and if you feel the urge to do something specific, just take action and do it! It's not necessarily immediately makes sense sometimes it’s more of an intuition-based yearning. You need consider following your gut and taking that action. Don't thinking about it too much.

If you find that you don’t get the goal you want within 7 days or less, look back at the first and two steps and go back through them. Now you need to writing down what you want (you can write what you want every day and read it with intention) this can give the universe the extra nudge it needs to fuel your manifestation.

There are some common reasons why you might not be manifesting quickly. You need to check your feeling, do you doubt yourself? Do you think you don't deserve get what you ask? Or perhaps doubt whether it’s possible to manifest using the Law of Attraction?

Any kind of negative feelings (e.g. anxiety, worry, anger, and doubt) or negative beliefs can inhibit your results. One simple tip you can do is: make your goal smaller and believable, that's it. Remember it's only one week, you can make bigger goal next week.

Now you can see tangible proof that thinking in a certain way can create concrete changes in the real world around you. You can shape your reality.

Think about this connection and emphasize it, make it bigger and stronger. You will be better at manifesting in the future (as you’ll replace negative and limiting beliefs. Remove all doubts with confident. Also have more positive thoughts and feelings).

After big goal from beginning actually are not good idea, like other exercise always do from the easy one and move to another bigger goal. You will become better and better to manifest your dream.

What the most important is you must have believe and use your creative power also you need focus that power to your desire. And your entire dream will come to you.

Many people fail to use law of attraction because they don't have faith.. And it is normal, how we can achieve many goal and dream by just using our creative power, right? Many people are just so skeptical about this LOA concept and some people who succeed in the beginning are get failed later to attract their bigger goals. Many books tell us to setting very big goals, but from my experience it is better if you start small. And when your faith grows then you can start use these exercises to achieve bigger and bigger goals.

1. Do visualization for small goals
Do LOA works for big goals? Sure. But just do small manifestations first, get the feeling. Do you remember when you get your first and small success in anything? And then you start craving more and more and practice more? Yes we need do that process.

Many people start with big goals and you sometime to achieve big goals you need a lot of time. And we too stress with all steps we must to follow and we didn't enjoy the process. And because take a lot of time sometime our intention and faith gradually fade.

But when we set only small goal in the beginning, it doesn't feel like a big task and sometime we forget about it and then it shows up out of nowhere and it will surprise you.

The more these small miracles happen in our life, the more we have faith and believing that our creative power really works.

Little exercise
- close your eyes and then relax, the slowly start to take a few deep breaths
- Imagine you get something small that you really want to attract, or some event you want. For example if you like pizza, just imagine that you eat pizza at some restaurant you like and you also you can imagine that you eat with some friend you wish to accompany you
- Start feels all the feelings that come from this visualization, and enjoy it as if it is happening in the present
- Open your eyes and say thank you as your gratitude

2. Trick our jealous feeling
Let be honest we often feel some jealousy when we see something that we don't have and with a little bit sad, right? When that happen we send vibration to universe to keep that thing away from us.

Umm maybe you can start thinking like this: universe is giving us options and what would you choose. Example: You see a happy couple (you are single), you start feel a little jealous, STOP and start thinking: "I would love to have it" and done. You give signal and good vibration to universe.

So next time when you see something you don't have and you want it, you need stop a little and check you feeling. And you can start visualize that you have that and start saying: "yes, I would love to have it"

Now you have this little trick. Keep practicing and you can make your jealousy as a cue to attract that in your life.

3. Start setting you intention
We have creative power, and it works :) Try to remember or observe many thing often happen because our intentions.

If you have monotonous lifestyle, and just happy with average daily life, you need to change it. You need to realize with the power of your intention you can change your life and it will never be the same again.

But remember as we say at beginning, we need to start small. You can grow your faith in your creative power by write a checklist, maybe daily or weekly. Write a few things you want (small thing) and make intention. And whenever an opportunity shows up, just go, take action and make it happen.

4. Make Gratitude as your habit
Gratitude will magnify you good feeling. Do it at any moment and this will become your second nature.

Many people actually do this, but usually they have a specific time in the day for expressing their gratefulness. For example when they pray before bed and say thanks to God or Universe for all good things that happen that day; or when family gather for dinner then pray and each member of family would say what grateful things that happen that day. This is a very good habit. But we need to scale it up.

We need make gratitude as part of our daily life; we say it often and actively. We will feel like we are always supported by higher power.

Its easy process all we have to do is say thank you in our heart whenever good thing (small or big) happen in our life. If something make our heart happy just say thank you. You will start feel the miracles.

5. Affirmation
You can do affirmation anytime and everywhere. You can do affirmation in the morning before you go to work, affirmation most effective if you can say them into a mirror. Looking yourself in the eye and say your affirmation, you need to feel tune into the words and let them resonate.

Design your affirmation phrase simple and easy to say, not need to make too bigger claim. Please don't be worry, you can make it bigger latter after you achieve your little goal. It's important to make affirmation that you believe that you can achieve it.

6. Clear Your Mind From Clutter
Create a quiet space in your mind, do meditation 5 minutes in the morning, 5 minutes in the office and 5 minutes before you sleep. This can make you healthier and happier.

Meditation will clear your mind and remove negative thoughts you have. With clear mind you can open up to an infinite number of possibilities. Practice meditation everyday is very essential for law of attraction because you will have more positive thinking. You can focus more on positive this. Every single day you will be closer to your dreams.

Law of attraction and the bible: What God tells you

Law of attraction and God

Many of us believe that Bible only teaches us about spiritual but actually Biblical has perspective on the law of attraction, as we often use to attract material things. If you notice the basic principle in the Bible is: "all this are possible with God". And as we know The Law of Attraction is centered in God or sometime people say universe.

Law of attraction in the Bible: My favorite verse

You can use law of attraction to achieve material success and also spiritual success. And I believe Jesus is a very good teacher of LOA, but He never really uses LOA term directly.

In the bible there are many indirect references to the law of attraction, and sometime there some direct ones. Here some principles of LOA that that I found in the Bible.

1.) Matthew 21:22
"And all things, whatsoever you shall ask in prayer, believe, you shall receive it."

When you ask or have very strong desire for something, you must believe in your heart that you can have it. And then the universe will manifest your desire, because you attract it. Many gurus taught you that, and it's true.

It's almost same with what Jesus said: "whatsoever you shall ask in prayer”. In law of attraction we often do meditation and it almost same with prayer.

Jesus also said: "believe that it will be given to you". The most important word in this phrase are BELIEVE. We must believe and we will receive our desire. For sure LOA teach us to believe that our desire already received, right?

2. Matthew 7:7
"Ask, and it shall be given to you; seek, and you shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you"

Another biblical verse by Jesus about LOA. This verse talks about FAITH.

Jesus want has followers to have faith and not need to worry. He teaches them that all they need to do is 'ask' and they will receive it. They can ask many things; Jesus not said this verse for specific things.

When we want something and use Law of attraction to help us to achieve it, we need this kind of faith. We need ask with conviction and utmost belief that we will receive whatever we asked for. You are deserve for your goals, and your vibration will be match with your goals and you will attract it.

But some of us have mental block or limiting beliefs. When we ask very big goals, almost certainly our subconscious will not belief and feel like lying to yourself. So it's better to make simple goal after you get it, you can use LOA to attract more bigger goals. Your faith will be growing stronger and stronger every time you achieve your goal.

3. Luke 17:21
"The Kingdom of God is within"

This verse teaches us that we must seeking heaven within our self. Jesus wants to teach us that everything was within us.

Law of attraction always talk about how we shape our reality, that our reality are reflection of the inner reality. Our reality right now are the product of your mind, so if we want better reality we need to stop focusing so much on our current reality. Then after that we need to visualize the kind of reality that we really want. This will bring you inner peace and place you with your desire.

And also you need to tune with your destiny, this will make your life easier. And you will achieve your true potential.


4. John 10:30
"I and My Father are one"
Of course this not means for physical body, it's more spiritual meaning. We are spiritual being, in essence we are one with the source or God. We have creative power to shape our reality and attract what we desire most.

With this biblical verse I hope you will have more faith in your creative power. If you have more faith, it's easier for you to get benefit from law of attraction. Sometime we need to ask and search for the answer to grow our faith, and some other we just need to test it and see if LOA really works. I believe law attraction really works.

5. Mark 9.23
"If thou can believe, all things are possible, to him that believes"
This surely LOA, right? If you believe everything are possible.. And once again the Bible stress the value if belief. You should belief that you have abilities and you deserve to have all your goals.

Always remember start small and get bigger and bigger, like you practice everything in life. You will be master it in not time, I’m sure of it.

6. Proverbs 23:7
"As a man thinks in his heart, so is he"
What we thinks and what we believe are root from our heart. We feel with our heart, if you think in the morning everything are so great and you will have great day. So will must watch our heart and our feel, you can practice gratitude for one week and you will notice the result.

So visualize what you desire and feel it with your heart, if you are not believed that you can achieve it. Just lower it little by little until some point you feel confidence, and keep that in your heart, feel it as it real. And you will have it, and then make bigger ones.

7. Romans 12:2
"Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed, by the renewing of your mind"

Jesus points out that we need control our mind and do not conform to the pattern of this world.

Many beliefs that we have are formed over the years from external conditioning: our parents, friends, social media, TV, news paper. If we don't carefully filter this, it will limit us from achieving our true potential.

What should we do are become conscious with our thoughts, if we find negative thinking patterns just replace them with your new beliefs. Of you course with beliefs that will help you achieve what you desire most.

8. Matthew 9:29
"According to your faith let it be done to you"

So just like bible say we must develop faith in our self and in our abilities first. When we do this we start attract our desires. If you still discourage, try to visualize that you can achieve it and repeat affirmation every morning and before you sleep. Your faith will grow stronger and desire be done to you.

One answer is: YOU ARE LYING TO YOURSELF. Or to be exact you are feel that you are lying to yourself. Affirmation is about how those words make you feel in your heart.

When we learn LOA many people told you to make a very big goals, and then of course we will make bigger affirmation too. For example: I want to be wealthier than Warren Buffet and this will lead you to affirm like "I am wealthy". And then you remember about your debt or your mortgage, you will feel I’m not wealthy and what you feel is what you attract.

Affirmation like this is written as if you already become or achieved something and this is the biggest reason why affirmations have failed you. Every time you read your affirmation you will feel that it isn't true, and your subconscious will resist it. And it’s normal because you are not delusional. No matter how many times you do this and hoping that your subconscious will believe, it's still not good strategy.

And the second reason why this affirmation technique not works is: your affirmations are using passive language. Using the words that designed to make you feel good without doing anything and make empty promises of something you want. I think many gurus teach you to use this affirmation:

For example: "I am a money magnet. Money flows to me effortlessly and in abundance."

When you read this affirmation you will feel good in the moment, but it giving you a false sense of relief from the truth and surely this affirmation won't attract any income for you. If you just sit back and doing nothing and wait for money magically show up, I’m sure you will be poor. You need some action and affirmation will help you.

To generate wealth or financial abundance or great health and relationship, you need to action, you need to do something.

So how to make affirmations work for you?

These simple and tricky tips will help you to make your affirmation works. Only change a little word you can change from passive language to more active. So here the tricks:
You just need to add these words: choose, potential or willing. Only just add more words you will stating to feel your affirmation are true.

Okay it's easier if we use some example:
"I am wealthy" with this affirmation maybe you feel like you are lying to yourself, try change by add the words:

"I have the potential to be wealthy"
"I choose to be wealthy"
"I willing to be wealthy"

You will feel like you are capable to doing this and you are responsible to make this happen

When you repeatedly affirm yourself with those words you will be more committed to be wealthy and you will take all the necessary action until the result is achieved.

But I suggest you to make some smaller goal first but still challenge you and this goal would improve your life. You need to commit and you also need to remember WHY you need to achieve this goal, what benefits you will get to experience. Maybe you can say affirmation like: "I have the potential to have $5000 per month". Repeat this affirmation and your mind will start to give you way to achieve this goal. Don't worry you can make a bigger goals after you achieve your first goal. Easy, right? Just do it.

When Is the Best Time to Do Affirmation?

I think you can say it every time you remember but don't forget to do it every morning and every night before you sleep. If you do morning affirmation this strategically will engineered program your subconscious mind with beliefs and you will have mindset that you need to do anything necessary to achieve your desired goal. You will feel that you can do it and LOA surely will help you.

You need to remember to make your affirmations more effective you need to feel your emotion while you reciting them. Without emotion your benefits will be minimal. Feel your excitement and determination when you say your affirmation in your heart.

Use affirmation for your bigger goals

I'm sure if you follow this tips, you will grow, improve and evolve. And you need make bigger goals, now you can shape your reality.

Affirmations are works and scientifically proven if you done correctly. And this can be an effective tool for you to becoming the person you need to be, to achieve everything you want.
How to make affirmative sentence:

Create your own affirmations words and don’t make abstract statements

Create personalized affirmations for your particular needs and with your own language. Don't just copy from book or other people. Usually if you copy from book you will find meaningless words or unusual words and too abstract. “I love every cell of my body” or “I open my heart and sing the joys of love” hemm okay I don't think it will works for me.

Maybe you can create personalized affirmation like this: "I love my body and I listen to what my body really need for health and I act accordingly." One thing you need remember are what do you feel about your affirmations, if you feel nothing or worse, like suddenly lose energy or you just aren't connecting with it, just stop and create a new one.

Do you feel Resistance?

Don't make positive affirmations too far from reality it will make tension and you will feel like lying to yourself. It doesn't matter how great your statement sounds, because your emotions, your thought and subconscious mind will disapprove. And if you repeat this statements you will frustrated because it will never happen.

Create affirmations that within your reason. If you are currently earn $40.000 per year, please don't make statement like "I am a millionaire" your subconscious mind will find it silly and not believe it. Maybe you can affirm like "I earn $80.000 per year" or if that still sounds hard you can affirm "I earn 60.000 per year". When you find your earning getting better and better, now it's the time for you to make a bigger goals.

Another solution you can create statements like this  “I earn more and more money, my financial is constantly increasing”. But I personally like solution number one because it give exact number and I know I can achieve it, and my believe will grow stronger and stronger. Choose whatever works for you.

Don't Fighting Against the Law of Nature

If you (man) have been bald for a long time and you make affirmation “I have natural thick hair again" and you say this affirmation, I believe how many time you repeat this, it wouldn't work. You just can’t beat the law of nature. 

But don't worries there are many bald people who attractive, you can start make affirmation to have a good body & successful life or career, women will find you hot and attractive believe me (just count how many movie stars that bald and still make women crazy).

Now taking action

You need supported your daily affirmation with actions. After repeat your affirmation couple of time you will know what you need to do, what steps you must take. And don't forget to add “easily and effortlessly” in your affirmative sentence. It'll make your steps easier and more obvious.
